The South Dakota Office of Weights and Measures oversees compliance and standards for weighing and measuring equipment in South Dakota. Our Office investigates consumer complaints relating to:
- Weighing and measuring equipment accuracy
- Packaging and labeling (advertising price signage or misleading labels)
