South Dakota Accident Records System
The South Dakota Accident Records System (SDARS) uses geographic information systems (GIS) data to capture and analyze crash data.
The system is operated and maintained by the State of South Dakota and is for authorized use only. Unauthorized access, unauthorized attempted access or unauthorized use or distribution of SDARS is expressly prohibited.
Individuals using SDARS without authority, or in excess of their authority, are subject to having their activities on this system monitored and recorded. All ftp access is logged. In the course of such monitoring, or in the course of system maintenance or troubleshooting, the activities of authorized users may be monitored.
Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of misuse, future access to SDARS may be prohibited.
